“To differentiate in any business, you have to see things other people don’t see, then be willing to act on it.”

You’ve probably been asked this old icebreaker question before:
If you were an animal, what would you be?
My answer: I’m an osprey.
Simply this: the osprey possesses specialized physical characteristics and exhibits unique behaviors to help in hunting and catching prey.
The osprey’s eyes are well adapted to detecting underwater objects from as far as 130 feet in the air.
That means it can see things other birds cannot see.
Also, the osprey is one of only two raptors with a reversible outer toe, which allows them to grasp prey either with three toes in front and one behind, or two toes in front and two behind.
That means it can do things virtually no other bird can do.
In non-metaphoric business terms, I’m a hybrid manager-marketer who believes in values-driven, vision-centered leadership. These big-picture cornerstones need to be in place to direct daily, small-picture activities that can drive an organization far.
I’m also a big believer in brand-building, using values to tell the story of who you are, what you do, and why you matter. That’s what makes individuals and organizations stand out.
Making unique connections between management, marketing, media, and monetization helps me deliver timely, distinct strategies that can help your organization stand out and go far.
You bring the passion; I can help you develop a purpose and a plan for it.
